We’re getting closer to releasing our fall Issue No. 21 (the cover alone is a can’t-miss) but in the meantime we wanted to introduce you to a different a part of the process: the color palette.

When prepping for a new issue, we always begin by crafting a color palette so that the feel and mood of the entire magazine is cohesive. Darling friend and staff alumni Mercedes Curran does an incredible job creating this for us every time. We’re sharing fall’s color palette below, as well as a product guide that we were inspired to create so that you can take the feel off the page and into real life.

Enjoy!

  1. Wonderful color palette! Captures the spirit of Autumn, but not the same old predictable notes. Rich tones with saturated depth and lovely surprises. Yummy textures. That cover art is stunning!!! Love the black and white with aqua contrast, strict straight lines and gentle curves. Not a false note anywhere. Congratulations Darlings, Brilliant!
