herbivore beauty masks

A Note From Our Guest Editor*, Estée: Herbivore is a super simple yet effective brand. Beyond their gorgeous packaging, the products certainly pack a punch! I hadn’t read too much about the brand at the time I posted this on my site, so I wanted to give the brand a spotlight to show my audience how incredible I found the products.

Have you ever found a new beauty brand and just fallen in love with all of their products? That’s what happened with Herbivore. Everything from their simple packaging to the fact they are completely natural, I’m obsessed with the brand. All of the ingredients used in the products are natural, plant based, cold-pressed ingredients, as well as the packaging being completely recyclable and reusable.

As a mask lover, I was excited to use the trio of masks which they offer. Blue Tansy, a resurfacing mask which includes white willow bark, fruit enzymes, blue tansy oil, aloe leaf. The mask is high in natural AHA’s and BHA’s which will help resurface the skin and leave the complexion fresher. Brighten, a pineapple + gemstone instant glow mask which includes Brazilian white tourmaline gemstone, pineapple and papaya enzymes, rice powder and rose distillate. All ingredients help the mask naturally illuminate the skin which will lead to healthier looking skin. Pink Clay, a super moisturising mask which contains hyaluronic acid, rosehip, evening primrose, white tea extract, pink clay and calendula extract. A perfect mask to use after Blue Tansy or Brighten, the mask will increase the hydration in the skin and soothe any dry irritated skin which may occur.

On top of the masks, Herbivore also offer a wide range of lip products such as the Coco Rose Lip Polish. Containing coconut oil, sugar, Bulgarian rose absolute, it smells divine and leaves the lips smooth and ready for lipstick. Following from the lip polish, the Coco Rose Lip Conditioner is a perfect accompaniment to that. Including the same ingredients, it will help protect the lips and leave them smooth & soft. A new addition to the lip line up is the Coco Rose Lip Tint which is a beautiful natural coral rose shade. The colour can be applied sheer or built up to a vibrant coral on the lips, while the coconut oil and rose extract in the lip tint will keep the lips soft.

Stay tuned for more from Estée later this month! Until then, find her on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube.
